  1. Disastrous experience, total failure. Never experienced anything so bad before, in terms of communication with any other airlines. All the reservations that were made and sent to me were not seen and unable to be paid for.
    Terrific and terrible.
    The most intelligent feedback I could give.
    Mind blowing incompetence.
